This sustainable superblend is dedicated to my youngest, Blanca. While we know that fish oil is here to stay, we've dialed in this fish-free alternative in an effort to look towards the future.

It took a lot of work, but we're very pleased to be able to give our pet parents a more sustainable option for their animal companions without a tradeoff on quality or benefits. It's also a great option for dogs with fish allergies and sensitivities.

This algae blend not only delivers a beautiful skin and coat - it's a real superstar ingredient for the heart and brain, too.

Directions for Use

16 oz / 96 tsp per bottle

Provide one teaspoon per every 25 pounds of body weight. Repeat twice daily.

Can be given during mealtime. For dogs not used to consuming oils, start slow and give half the recommended amount for the first 1-2 weeks.

How many Omega-3s are in each teaspoon?

There are 1,317 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids per teaspoon.

How are vegan omegas different from others?

Just like fish oil, algae oil provides direct sources of DHA and EPA —Omega 3s that are crucial for comprehensive health benefits. Algae, as the base of the marine food chain, directly synthesizes these fatty acids, which are then accumulated by fish. By sourcing our Omega 3s directly from algae, we bypass the need for fish harvesting, significantly reducing our ecological footprint.

How do I store this and what's it's shelf-life?

Algae oil is much like a plant-based oil in that it's more stable than fish oil and does not require refrigeration.

For optimal freshness, it's best to use the oil within 90 days of opening. While refrigeration is not required, storing your algae oil in a cool, dark place can help maintain its quality over time.

All of our formulas are made with love, 100% by us. We do everything in small batches at our own Seattle MAKERY, and unlike most companies, we source all our own ingredients from start to finish.

Tried all kinds of oils , but the results with this was like no other !!

I have tried all kinds of fish oils and marine algae’s oils on my Hansel , but the results with this was hands down like no other !! Hansel eats raw and we got a batch that for whatever reason went bad , it was summer time and I was feeding it while it was still partly frozen, until I had gotten out more than normal to thaw and the last part had totally thawed out, it smelled horrible!! I then realized I had been feeding this for 3 weeks. Shortly after he got itchy, I mean it was bad !! I tried everything! Stuff for yeast , hot spot creams , CBD , nothing helped , until o got this and started using it, after the first bottle Hansel’s itching was better but his coat was remarkably shiny and he lost a ton of the excess fur that always seems to fall off in clump. After the second bottle the itching was gone and he somehow looked healthier and the coat was looking like the coat of a freshly groomed young dog ! I don’t know how this worked as well as it did but all I can say is I’m a believer and will keep using it !! Oh and I will add that Hansel has always had a sensitive gut … after this it seems he is less sensitive, and he loves the taste on his food to boot !! Amazing stuff !!
