Since she's always on the alert (great watchdog), I like to give her the biscuits before a gathering at my house on Thanksgiving (we used to baby-gate her in the living room, but now she dashes upstairs onto the bed when people arrive, then I put the gate at the bottom, just in case...)
The biscuits help quiet her during thunderstorms when she trembles; sometimes she just seems extra edgy, so I may give her biscuits to take the edge off. Initially, she did not like the taste, but now she greedily eats them. She seems more relaxed after she ingests them. She becomes less barky and tense. I am so happy that they seem to work!
